This 8-week Mindfulness course teaches you how to engage a different part of our brain, balancing our problem solving attitude and cultivating a more joyful and nourishing way of living. As well as developing life skills to deal with our stress more intelligently, Mindfulness invites us to appreciate the precious gift of life in each moment.
